"My boyfriend and I enjoyed our overnight stay. Our room was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is updating the towels and the room we were in, room 266, had a sink that drained really slowly. The staff was wonderful."
Coast Burbank Hotel

"I reserved a room for my mother for one night while she was in town. She said that overall, the hotel was lovely. However there were several things that were not. When she arrived around 8:30pm, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign with a number to call, which she did, and the person asked her which hotel she was calling from, so they probably manage more than one hotel. She had to wait for about 5 minutes until someone came out, but then checked in quickly. She had to call me because they required my credit card again for the $200 deposit and a $25 parking fee. Her room was nice, but there was a large stain on the carpet, the freezer was frosted over so she could not fit things in it, and the curtain rod was not attached to the curtain so she couldn't move it. She did appreciate the blackout curtains, which worked well. The mattress topper was two smaller ones pushed together on a queen sized bed, so she had to sleep on the seam between them. She did not realize she would be charged for the water bottles in the room and used several of them. She said the elevator carpet was stained and dirty, but that the rest of the hotel looked clean with a gorgeous chandelier in the lobby and silk flowers around as decor. With a bit more effort to fix the negative points, this hotel would be worth the price, as it does have potential."

"Absolutely beautiful property, friendly staff clean room was amazing very close to universal, which was nice. The only suggestion that I would have is we were in a handicap accessible room with a shower that you could wheel a wheelchair in. It would’ve been nice to have like a squeegee because the water pulled in front of the toilet and we had to use towels to wipe it up, but besides that everything was amazing definitely will be staying here again if I come back this way."

"We had a quick stay to catch an early flight. We were 36 hours into a long travel & the clean sheets, warm shower & great smelling soap was just what we needed for a great night sleep. I would recommend more than one serving of caffeinated coffee be provided in the room, but we were able to get several more at the front desk. It is only a ten minute walk to the airport but the shuttle was there when we walked out so we made it there in five. Great value - just what we needed."
