This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you. HINT. Take the boat ride in and out of the place. The roads are .. well I guess you will find out when you order a cab to take you to Penol or Guatape haha.
