"The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The service at the bar was not great. Location is wonderful. The pool was not very appealing and it was damaged on one side (tiles were broken off). The service at the pool was not good. The internet was extremely week in the rooms."

"The negative surprise was to learn at check-out that we owed 25$ a day for the use of amenities (which by the way we did not use). When asking explanation about this surcharge, they said that it was mentioned when booking through Expedia. I checked again in Expedia, but I could not find this exclusion - it maybe buried somewhere in some note, but when I book with Expedia I expect transparency and no tricky conditions"

"Stay was good, but had couple of issues to let management know and get it fixed. First of all had multiple issues with room entry key as room was not opening multiple times and on asking front desk was told might be battery low which is not expected. Another thing is breakfast is not upto standard as missing variety of breads as well as fruits."
