My advertised downtown view? A wall. Literally. The room smelled musty and showed significant deferred maintenance. Of three windows, only one opened, and it wouldn't close. The tiled bathroom floor was so spongy beneath my feet that I genuinely wondered if I'd fall through. Not kidding. The toilet required three flushes……

“The property needs maintenance. We stayed for 2 nights on the 4th floor and the elevator did not work. It’s a long ways to carry luggage. This was seriously an issue for people with mobility issues.
