“Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Irotama und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Apartment im Del Mar war sehr großzügig, mit einem fantastischen direkten Meerblick und Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Lage direkt am sehr sauberen Strand, den schönen Poolanlagen und dem ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. “You get what you pay for. Very basic accommodations- but it did the job for one night sleep. Bed wasn’t that comfortable either. Noisy as the walls are paper thin. My husband said the room smelled weird too but I didn’t notice much. The staff was kind and helpful so that’s why I gave more stars.”

“Staff is amazing. Got a room in third floor, thw noise was impossible for sleeping, couldn't sleep a bit. Third floor and no elevator but amazing staff to help. You must let them know in advance what you want for breakfast and time to get it to your room.”

“The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!”
