“Hotel was clean and staff friendly but not happy with an extra bill I got after I paid in full. I paid all my food charges and tips. Later received an email with extra charges that I was not spoken about or I had approved ! Not happy and want that reimbursed as I’m disputing charges now”

“When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience.”
