“Staff was friendly, WiFi could have been better”

“Overcharged for our stay by the front desk! Still waiting for our refund since we came home almost a week ago! The front desk at the Bungalows and Bohios have been very slow at getting back to us too. Food is amazing; never had a bad meal though. The black sand is super pretty. And we had cooler water in our shower the entire stay so if you can’t handle cold showers suggest staying in the hotel.”

“The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The food was exceptional. The only issue was that when you rented a canopy at the beach you had to give that up at 4 o’clock and you were only able to stay at the beach until seven in the evening.”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“Por el precio recibí un servicio bueno, el desayuno estuvo aceptable, la habitación limpia. El internet fue deficiente, nunca me pude conectar correctamente aunque me dieron varios tokens para probar... lo mejor fue que aunque me dieron el costo de 2 huéspedes adicionales que se quedaron conmigo la segunda noche, al día siguiente a la hora de pagar la diferencia me dijeron que no debía nada! Todavía le insistí al que estaba en la caja del restaurante porque nos habían servido 3 desayunos y me……
