“This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.”

“Overall, this condo had some positives, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, and the parking was excellent, which was a huge plus. Communication with the host was also great—they were responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. However, the location was farther from Santa Monica's main attractions than I expected based on the listing. Walking to the pier, shopping, and other popular destinations was not an option. “The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . Other than that beautiful condo decoration.”

“This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked……

“We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience.”
