“Beautiful classic decor with Smeg fridge and coffee machine etc but the coffee machine in the room cannot be used as no capsules provided. The tap in the room was noisy and the floor was dirty on the day we arrived. The hotel is along a narrow road and not easy to find parking nearby. Staff are nice bit not always at reception. Buffet breakfast is only continental - eggs are not available.”

“Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars.
We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after.

“This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to……
