"We really enjoyed the space. It was new, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. The space had two double beds, couch, tv, kitchen, laundry. The only thing we would have liked is if they had bigger beds. Two double beds for four people reservation is too small."

"The hotel is located near to the subway station. Rooms are relatively big compared to Osaka and Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and staff members are friendly. "

"Everything was perfect! Host was extremely accomodating. All facilities were very clean and tidy. There was no dryer when I was there but able to use a hair dryer for clothes! Cozy vibes and 4 minute walk to nearest subway was ideal. When I’m back in Sappppro I’ll be staying there."

"Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good."

"It’s a tidy modern hotel located in the party area Susukino but luckily in a quiet street. Our room was very small - basically just the bed fit in. The breakfast was ok but very limited. The spa with an onsen and sauna is nice even if it gets very crowded in the evenings. I would say that this hotel is meant for youngsters."

The proximity to the park is what makes this place so special, truly one of the best central city parks I’ve seen. Sad to see that it Will be closing next year."

"We loved our stay here- the hotel is in a great location that is walkable to main downtown area. The staff are very lovely - especially Chi-Ju, who helped us tremendously on the first day as we accidentally booked a smoking room- she helped us switch to a non smoking room very quickly! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great black out curtains and very easy to fall asleep. Would recommend!"
