New 65 high def TV .
Master bedroom has a Queen memory foam bed with an en suite bath. If needed a twin bed frame can be set up and pack n play for child .
Park your car and don’t even need to use since restaurants , shops , groceries , parks just steps away . Saratoga race track ,Fasig Tipton ,SPAC, Saratoga National Golf ,Skidmore College just 10 minute drive .
Fully equipped kitchen .Coffee/ tea/ snacks provided .
Want to do day trips ? Lake George, Lake Placid ,Berkshiers , Vermont ? I am happy to assist you with ideas & information ..

Minimum age to rent 30 years .
Maximum 3 people . Condo is set up for a couple and another person that would sleep on twin bed frame in family room . Please no sleeping on couch .
