"The hot tub was not working. It had been recently repaired and broke down again… All the staff is fabulous except for the man who serves as the breakfast room attendant on Sunday mornings… His heart is not in his job. He huffs and puffs audibly around banging stuff so even guests can hear. Nothing like the usual sweet lady that is smiling and refilling things as needed. I have mentioned this man in a previous review. "

"Terrible weekend at this property. Our thermostat was broken, and after reporting it 3 times to the front desk, each time being told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Same issue with the Wi-Fi. Would not connect and would not update. There was no soap in the bathroom. And this last one is the least important of this list but is still something travelers here should expect: the worst one-ply see-through toilet paper I've ever experienced in a hotel. To say something nice, I will grant that the property is very cute and well-styled. It's just a major disappointment that the substance did not match the style. "
