"The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of. All staff were very friendly, helpful and we made as much effort to speak a little Italian, to which I am sure they appreciated. A good location to stay. "This hotel was closed when we tried to check in at 8 o'clock in the evening. The booking had been made in advance and confirmed by Expedia. The hotel check in details clearly show last check in at 9.00 pm. Suffice to say we were not impressed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay there. There has been no contact from either the hotel or Expedia since this."
