"The room was clean, however it was very noisy, from the outside as well as inside. The furniture in the waiting room in front of the reception is in poor condition that makes you doubt staying on this hotel. The staff in charge of room service did a good job. "

True to its name the Social Hub is buzzing with life, live events, friendly and conversational staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city with gorgeous views. The rooftop bar and pool with a view of the duomo are the highlights of this hotel. They have an excellent rooftop gym too with a view of the city and duomo. Very happy with our stay here! "

"Large room and decent facilities. Like that there were 2 sinks, 1 inside the toilet area and 1 in the main room. Shower was large, had a bench that would be great for older guests and those with restricted mobility particularly. Bed was very large and comfortable. Room temperature was adjustable and well controlled. Hotel is not far from the station which is really handy for those interested in taking daytrips around Italy by train like we did."

"This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."
