“Room was dirty. Blood on sheet and matching blood stain on comforter indicating the bed hadn’t been changed. Toenail and hair on bathroom floor when we arrived. Pink mold in shower. Shower stall looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long while. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Sticky substance on window sill. Just gross.”
