"The cabin is so warm and inviting. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to town yet out of the hustle and bustle. Easy check in. The bed is super nice and comfortable. Nice deck with propane grill. We cooked out a couple of times. Short road in is gravel but pretty easy access. Cooking pots and pans could use an update. Especially the skillets. No pitcure to make tea. We would definitely stay here again. I will still give it 5 stars. "

"Location is great, right on the Kings River. 15 minutes from Berryville and 15 minutes from Eureka Springs. Communication with the host is super easy."

"Great stay for our large group of Harley riders. Need to mention that this house is almost a mile down a gravel road for those who visit on 2 wheels. Not the best situation, especially after a rainfall. This doesn't take away from the accomiations and wonderful host. "
