“Perfect place for an affordable stay with my dog. Betting it’s noisy weekends but I was there early season on weekdays, and asked for a quiet room and it was! A/C was great. Most important it was super clean. Sheets and towels were really nice all cotton which matters to me. Bed was ok. Firm enough. Coffee machine in the room. I loathed the scent of the soap and shampoo— but I usually do so bought my own. It’s a very short walk from the ferry, to restaurants, grocery store, shops and one block……

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer.……

“The inn was great it worked perfect for our family. Having 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is great for 4 people. The owners had great snacks, coffee, Fiji water. Location was perfect close to shops, restaurants and the Gateway theater. We were here for a show that my daughter was in at the theater. I highly recommend the Belport inn”
