I have stayed here before and it was well maintained and staff was helpful and nice. Under new ownership. No handles and locks on outer doors so anyone can walk into hotel. I reserved the queen suite but when my parents arrived, the hotel staff stated I had only reserved a king bed. They explained that I reserved 2 queen beds because there was 2 adults. The staff gave them a room with 2 queen beds but didn't offer the suite which I paid for. The following day I called the expedia and explained the problem. Expedia then called hotel and hotel said they gave us 2 queen beds but didnt mention I reserved and paid for a suite. So I called hotel and told the staff they were being disingenuous when speaking to expedia and told them I was on my way to hotel and would be joining my parents and I would call expedia with the staff once I got there. When I arrived, suddenly they had a queen suite and had contacted my parents that they would be moved to the new room. Seems like staff wanted to say they didnt have room and hoped we wouldn't say anything about paying more or hoping we wouldn't contact expedia. Dont stay here, Seems shady.
