Everything was good until our toilet and shower started backing up. We had to move rooms when we were exhausted from travel. A partial refund should have been in order at least. Other than that its a really cute property and i can tell they are trying. Has an excellent game room for kids and a community kitchen that will fill all of your needs.

This is an exceptionally well-maintained property that stands out for its attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clearly designed with the modern business traveler in mind. From the high-pressure showers and soft water to the "spot on" linens and perfect climate control, the physical comforts here are executed at a high level. Small but significant details made a difference: the in-room coffee was genuinely high-quality, the Wi-Fi was seamless, and I appreciated that the TV offered accessible programming without requiring a personal streaming login. The cleanliness is also worth noting—from the elevators to the hallways, the entire property is immaculate and free of the common "hotel odors" often found in older builds. Alice’s Restaurant provided excellent service and delicious fare, and the casino is a great added amenity. This is easily one of the most impressive, business-friendly hotel-casino properties I’ve encountered recently.
