"We booked this property for our three day trip to Isle of Skye and were blown away. Easily the best place we stayed during our 9 days around Scotland. The property was in an absolutely stunning location with unobstructed waterfront views, clean, well cared for, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store in Broadford. Plenty of space for car parking as well. The hosts were friendly and communicated well! Would highly recommend!"

The property was warm and cosy, great to hunker down despite the lashing rain and powerful wind outside. "We had a great time on Skye, staying at Shore Cottage. It was just what we needed as a group of 3 couples travelling by van. We were able to spread out and relax. the views across the water to Portree and the Old man of Storr, first thing in the morning was fantastic. Well appointed with everything you need, great cooking facilitys and washing machine etc, to catchup with the laundry. A great place for a relaxing stay."

"The cottage is cosy, clean and very inviting. Shiskine is a wonderful place to stay, quiet and very appealing. It's very close to Blackwaterfoot, which is beautiful. The Kinloch Hotel does marvellous meals (takeaways too). What really makes the stay worthwhile is the landlady, Jan. Last year, when we couldn't get off the island due to ferry problems, Jan put us up for an extra with no charge. This year, the same problem occurred and, while we were at Lochranza, she texted me to check things were...
