On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. “On arrival could have done with better signage as to where to park as we ended up parking at Forbidden Corner. Also not easy to find Reception and when we did find there was no-one there for 10 mins. Room nice, dressing gown and slippers nice touch.
