Great property with great staff! Hop is super amazing and helpful and both Joe and Joe jr were nice and courteous as well. Another lady whom I didn’t get her name was also super lovely. Two beautiful horses on the property along with an indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit area and trails makes it a truly convenient enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and will return!

Location was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful . Also free breakfast was surprisingly nicer than expected which was a pleasant surprise

It was very nice and clean. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic but the woman who checked us out stared at the computer with earbuds in and literally never even looked at us. Poor customer service skills but otherwise it was great.

Convenient location in a charming rural town. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable and many thoughtful amenities.

I love the Double Tree Hotels! The beds are always comfortable, I love the Crab Tree and Evelyn products they supply and who doesn't like a warm cookie at check in. This Double Tree in Wilkes-Barre did not disappoint. It was clean and every thing was kept up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate a quick dinner in their restaurant before going to a play. Front desk Staff Jenna and bartender Allie were outstanding and very accommodating. Food and drink was great! Housekeeping staff used wrong sheets on bed and requires to be taught how to properly make a bed. Recommend asking for a room facing the back as opposed to one on the road in the front.

Hotel was very clean and front desk staffed when I checked in around midnight. Pool & hot tub closed due to covid. A small amount of breakfast items were available to go, also due to covid. Hallways are dark, as if lighting was an afterthought. Room was clean, TV modern, bathroom clean and modern. No bugs found under mattress. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff and very clean!

Room was nice and clean. Did forget an expensive pair of sun glasses on the desk and called right away. House keeping claims they didn't find them but they were 100% left in the room. Pretty sad they were dishonest. But the overall stay was great. Elevators were broken though.
