Separate Queen bedroom suite on 1st floor with full bath. Hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout. Lots of sunlight, off street parking for 4 cars, new multizone cooling system. Also includes 6 beach badge
3rd floor includes balcony, king size bedroom with full bath, 3rd and 4th bedroom, additional full bath, laundry on 1st and 3rd floor, private rear deck, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Linens and towels can be provided at an extra cost from our local provider.
