FANTASTIC VIEW!

Pacific Escape is the perfect choice for any time of year. Summer, sprng, and autumn offer beach picnics, walks on the wide open sands, and play and swimming in the surf. Winters are great for watching ocean waves and the fast-changing coastal weather patterns right from the living room. It's great for families, couples, or executive groups.
The house features two master suites, two additional bedrooms, a bonus room, and a gourmet kitchen with gas range and large refrigerator/freezer. There are numerous other features including WiFi, game room with foos ball, gas fire stove in the living area, and a dining room table with seating for eight. The large screen TV viewing area is upstairs and there's another TV in the living room. The west side of the house is all glass, offering a panoramic ocean view. In fact there is an ocean view from every room.
Pacific Escape is ideally located on the beach just north of downtown Seaside and near the mouth of the Necanicum River. It's an easy beach walk to the city center where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and recreational and entertainment facilities.
Pacific Escape is available for up to eight people, including children. Sorry, no pets.

Great family home

On the waterfront, this home was a perfect fit for our family reunion! Plenty of space and activities for the kids. Tastefully decorated, and kitchen is well stocked. Would rent this home again in the future.

Family Fun

Had two houses rented for a full family vacation. This house was perfect for us to hang out, walk to the beach, play and visit. Beautiful view and home, and so nice to have all the games for more fun.

Completely hassle free checkin. Ran out of a couple of supplies because we had an extended stay - Katy was right on it. Yeah, some of the carpets have stains - but it's the beach! Lots of books. Lots! Lots of gathering spaces. Nice flowers. Quiet.

Incredible Beach Property

Better than pictured. We went here to celebrate my birthday with friends and kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, plenty or room, games and activities available, incredible access. Will absolutely be reserving this spot again!

Fun family getaway

The house provided space for visiting as well as room for the kids to play. Nicely equipped kitchen. North end location provided a less busy beach. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Wonderful place for a family vacation. We had seven adults one infant and a toddler.

Fantastic Location and affordable

Great location! Sand dollar haven is just outside your door. Short walk to town. Secluded location that offers privacy with peace and quiet. Very large and nice home. Plenty of room for everyone. Katy was awesome!

We have been coming to Seaside for nigh onto twenty years now. Ann and I have wanted to give our children and grandchildren now lasting memories of the ocean. Hopefully we can continue Lord willing.

The house was gorgeous but there were hidden fees Against on my way policies. I still haven’t had my refund and it’s been two weeks. I suggest a new management company to the owners.

Clogged sinks/drains Dust everywhere No ping pong supplies even though it’s advertised A big pile of towels in the dryer not folded - and tten no towels in the bedrooms/bathrooms PM did not like our pointing these things out she said it was very clean It's dirty. Very dirty. The garbage and recycle bins were full when we got here. No working wifi - really a big problem Pillow cases that don't fit pillows. Lousy mattresses No dishwasher soap.

Good, not great.

First of all, host Katie was great. This is not on her. It's on the owners. They don't seem generous in that they obviously are not investing in the quality of their property. The location is great. The view is fabulous. Beach access is direct and simple.The house was, once upon a time, grand - but now it seems rode hard and put away wet in the barn. A fair amount of wear that has not been attended to. Things are dated - which takes away from the quality of the experience. Outlets didn't work. sliding doors were sticky. There are ceiling fans but otherwise, poor cross ventilation. Deck furniture in bad shape (and you have to schlep it yourself, in and out of garage). Little things that tip the scale and are incongruent with the quality of the setting. There are several good features, Katie being one of them - very accessible, responsive and helpful. Thank you, Katie. The property next door is in the beginning stages of construction so if listening to builders is a thing for you, you might want to check that status out before committing to the house. We ended up not spending our days there because of the noise and vibration. Katie refunded a portion of our fee which we appreciated very much.

Katy is fantastic! The home is lovely, beds very comfy, it is a nice big space for lots of people. Could have used a few more things in the kitchen, aluminum foil, more garbage bags, and there was only 1 laundry pod, etc. Our stay was interrupted for a night due to concern about a Tsunami, but not much can be done about that. Overall, an excellent property and host :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Many laughs were had and memories made. We had several pros and cons to this space but overall appreciated our stay.Pros:Great location that was easy walking distance to the prom and town.Lots of space, easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 children.Not cluttered, essential kitchen tools and furniture provided.The property manager was proactive in communication and was helpful with questions we had.THE VIEWCons:-Cleanliness could improve. The kitchen and dining surfaces were tacky/gritty and needed cleaning upon arrival. The floors were sandy in some places and the rugs needed a vacuum. The vacuum on the main floor was broken so we could not clean to our liking.There was dust and cobwebs in corners, in the drapes, and on the ceiling fans. We have children with severe allergies so this was a challenge for us.-The grill was a mess. It is a table top grill, not standard outdoor BBQ grill and it’s located in the garage. It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and the grill brush was nowhere to be found. We opted to not grill due to this.-The sand toys were trashed and there was one beach chair. We ended buying beach stuff.-The “secret hideout” in the kids room seemed unfinished like exposed wires in the wall we didn’t feel comfortable letting kids play near.-The furniture is old like couches in the rec spaces and primary room beds.We liked our stay, but just wished the several cons were addressed.

Fantastic!

Great, quiet location within walking distance to town and only a short stroll across the dunes to the beach. Large house fit two families with lots of room. Library and games room were an added plus! Gave four stars for cleanliness just because of the age of furnishings and carpets but those are definitely easy to overlook when the space and location were so fabulous. Would return in a second!
