"Great for a stopover stay. Rooms are clean and have what’s needed (and will take 4 as a teenager family). Decent breakfast. And staff are more friendly and helpful than you’d expect for a budget hotel. Decent price so happy all round."

"Amazing staff, amazing hotel. Room was clean and tidy, with a fridge and air conditioning. Amazing buffet £12 breakfast if you book day in advance (up until 12 AM the day before). £17 for breakfast on the day. Access to the hotel is so easy with it being right next to the M5 junction, free parking with plenty of spaces. Roof top bar is incredible, with live music on Friday night. All staf we dealt with were lovely and really kind, that's from the reception to the cleaners too. Thank you for making our stay feel special!"

"Used this hotel a few times & as always spot on value for money with exceptional housekeeping with spotless rooms. Very quiet with a good nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. Well lit safe parking with easy access to the A38. Staff are fantastic & couldn’t ask for anything more"

"This is a very old property and so of course it does look a little tired in places and the wifi is not so great but they were the only negatives. The hotel is in a fantastic place right in the middle of the High St and it has a car park which is a godsend. The food menu in the bar is excellent for lunches and dinner. Definitely add the breakfast as there is so much choice from cooked oprions to pastries, cereals and fruit and all of the the food was delicious. The staff were so lovely and couldn't help enough. Dawn the manager even let me use the hotel phone when I was having trouble ringing out. I would definitely recommend this place and the bed was incredibly comfortable!"

"This is a great hotel as it is on the outskirts of Exeter so you don’t have to drive into the busy city and it has free parking. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are lovely."

"This B&B is exactly what we were looking for. Great welcoming by Kate who also cooks a great breakfast. The B&B is in a farm, place is really quiet which allowed us to have a great sleep and relaxing time. Room had access to a secluded beautiful garden. We loved it. Thanks for hosting us Kate"

"I had a very relaxing two day stay at Peacehaven - it certainly lives up to its name! I had a lovely view over countryside and the room was very quiet. Craig was an excellent host and the breakfast was delicious. Very comfy bed and lovely hot shower - I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you ☺️"
