Sedona Red Rock Escape is located in a peaceful Uptown Sedona neighborhood surrounded by red rock vistas. Relax, escape and enjoy all that the Uptown area offers with only a short ride or stroll from this newly remodeled home. You will be near all the restaurants, sights and shopping options off SR-89A, such as art galleries, the Sedona Heritage Museum, coffee shops, the popular Sedona Beer Company, and one of the newest area restaurants, The Vault.

This home is a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts, as it is just a short walk to the neighborhood trailhead for the picturesque Javelina Trail. This awesome trail also connects to many other trails for those interested in lengthier hikes.

The home is bright and spacious offering 2,032 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home can sleep up to six guests in true comfort and elegance.

Entering the home through the front door, you will the walk into the large foyer and cozy living room, followed by a sitting area, and then the sweeping great room. This space offers a breakfast area, family room, dining room and kitchen —all with an open and bright feel and airy vaulted ceilings.

Living Room: Contemporary-style furnishings fill this cozy space along with a gas fireplace, as well as large windows to bring in the natural light and views.

Sitting area: This bonus space offers a queen sofa sleeper, a desk, and of course, those expansive views!

Breakfast/Multi-Purpose area: Located right next to the family room, this area has seating for four and a wet bar with a large countertop. After breakfast, this is a terrific area to play games, plan your hike and next day's events, surf the web, or relax with cocktails and snacks after your day's activities.

Family Room: Enjoy a large sectional sofa, a 65” Smart TV (with cable programming), a vaulted ceiling and French doors to access to the back deck.

Dining area: The dining area offers a vaulted ceiling and seating for eight at a unique live-edge wood table. This area offers a wall of windows for plenty of natural light and breathtaking views for a lovely dining experience.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen space offers new GE stainless steel appliances including a five-burner electric stovetop, microwave, convection oven, and dishwasher, and the spacious countertops are great for meal prep. Enjoy the views while preparing a quick bite or your favorite meal.

Master Bedroom — This well-designed space features a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, 55” Smart TV with cable programming, and a slider door that leads to the private patio with seating to bask in the Sedona scenery. The en suite bathroom features new walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and a privacy room housing the toilet.

Bedroom 2 –Spacious and flexible, this room offers two twin beds (can be put together to make a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), 43” Smart TV with cable, and nearby access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the expansive deck that runs along the entire back of the house and offers outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, and additional seating—making this the perfect place to enjoy the views.

Beautiful views, close to town
Beautiful home with great views and close enough to quickly drive into town or even walk if desired. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and a nice place to hang with family in the living room. The management company is a bit aggressive with the numerous texts/emails about upselling early checkin/late checkout and threats to charge an additional half day rent if you’re still there at 10:01 am, but I guess that’s just part of trying to turn a lot of properties quickly. Overall a very nice place to stay in Sedona.

We had a wonderful visit! This home was equip with all of our creature comforts! We even have the same section at our home.. The location was perfect for a safe morning walk with our toddler and we loved how conveniently located it was to shops/trails. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book enough days!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Sedona. The house was located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the spectacular views. The entire home was beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. Loved the rain shower in the master bath and the large family room television after hiking.

Girls Retreat
My sister and I came to Sedona 19 years ago. We always talked about going back. This time, my daughter tagged along with us. The house was perfect. Such a lovely house and view!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has such fantastic views! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and just soaking it in. The house itself is quite wonderful and well appointed. There seemed to be everything we needed and more! It is walkable to uptown. I will say it’s quite dark when walking back at night and there aren’t any sidewalks. This would not deter me from staying here again though. We will be back! Thank you!

Picturesque and Tranquil
The home was exactly what my family of four needed, a quiet, clean home with 360 views. The home was clean and well appointed. My only suggestion is adding blackout curtains or even just more robust blinds to the bedrooms because the rooms are full brightness levels as soon as the sun comes up. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Just going for a walk in the neighborhood felt like a gorgeous hike (we even encountered deer). It is also ideally situated near many hikes, shops and restaurants (many within walking distance). The decor in the home is inviting and the bathrooms and other main areas seemed renovated. Lovely weekend getaway for our family. We would definitely stay again.

This property was ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access to a hiking trail but also very close to the main downtown shops and restaurants. Incredible views from the back deck with a very spacious interior. The bathroom shower was amazing !

Magical location with views from every room. Home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and you can walk to the downtown area easily. Unfortunately, there was road resurfacing during the first several days of the trip on our specific road which interfered with driving (I was concerned about getting tar on my rental car.) I was disappointed that management would not give us a small discount on our stay because of this. Highly recommend property with one caveat - carefully read the lengthy contract you are required to sign as it is very restrictive.

Pristine home in perfect picturesque location
This home is modern, clean and well-appointed - and in the perfect location in Sedona. Red rock views from the front porch, rear deck, out the windows….just gorgeous. a 2 minute drive down the hill (mountain?) to all the shopping, restaurants etc. Some younger and fit people could walk it but not the elderly or people with young kids. This place is wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

A few comments and one issue that should be addressed: A master bath should have two sinks and an enclosed shower. With a shower wand, who hangs art on the wall? (An accident waiting to happen) The kitchen appliances were great. Nice to have lots of dishes so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher often. One or two additional kitchen hand towels would be good…one is not enough. It was nice to find a few items in the pantry - thank you. The problem…the back door. It is in desperate need of a new lock or something to make it easier to use. 😵‍💫
