“Place was clean and host was very responsive.”

“Very cute little place. It’s about a 15 min walk to the end of the boardwalk. There are a few nice little restaurants a few blocks away. Parking is easy. The beach is right there which was awesome.There is a kitchen and washer/dryer (don’t forget to bring detergent if you plan to use it) which is very nice. Keep in mind there is no privacy outside of the bathroom. Television has Netflix and other options. The bed was comfortable although on side is right next to the AC unit. The patio is……

“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……

“This was a great spot! The beach access could not be easier. The place is comfortable and was an excellent place for our 4 kids (8m-9 years) to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer! The area is also really nice- low key and perfect for families. Jack was an incredible host. Highly recommend!”

“This house was in a great location and the amenities were awesome. Upon arriving, we had to wash a few dishes that were noticeably not washed during the prior stay. The dryer took extremely long to dry clothes. We had to bring home damp clothes in a plastic bag due to the dryer running for 3 straight cycles on high and still not fully drying the clothes. There were also crumbs left on some of the tables and the towels provided were loaded with lint. Overall a great stay, just these minor……

“The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our Host was amazing! Very quick to respond and very helpful! Even took time sending a photo on the shower operation. Pro tip the stopper is built into the spout. Seacrets bar across the street offered amazing night life with live music. Free cover after 1am. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay for our maiden voyage into Ocean City, MD. ”
