"What a fantastic property! Beautifully decorated like out of a magazine plus all the comforts of home. From the moment we booked right up until check out, Alan the owner was super responsive, quick to fix a few minor things like a loose door handle, and made sure everything went seamlessly. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, we appreciated sheets and bath towels were provided even a black makeup wash cloth was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is a dream, it has all the utensils, cookware and conveniences. They even provided keurig coffee pods. Our group had 6 adults, a 3month old, 3 year old and 4 kids ages 7-12. They had so much fun playing foosball, shuffleboard and the yard size connect 4. The kids hideaway was a huge hit for all ages! We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to explore all the community had to offer but the health center and gym were great, we loved going for walks in the morning and the sunridge outdoor pools were the perfect hangout for swimming and lunch. A 10/10 stay! "

"We stayed with three families with kids ranging from 6-16. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. We really appreciated all of the bikes and beach gear. Host was very responsive, even coming over once to turn on water to the outside spigot so we could avoid tracking sand inside. Overall it was a great stay. Not anything to do with the house, but if we stayed again, we’d probably skip the amenities pass, or go with 3 days instead of 7. They were pricey and we definitely didn’t use them enough. But that’s just because going to the beach was our group’s preference!"

It is very near restaurants and other conveniences of Rt. 54 going into Fenwick Island while offering a very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood at the tip of small pennisula "

"Great property for families. The paddle boards were a big hit. We also caught 14 legal sized crabs that we steamed on the last day. There's a Food Lion only a couple of miles away. The ocean was a short drive and we always found free parking. For a unique dining experience we went to a restaurant called Our Harvest. If you go all the way to the back of the development you get a really good view of the sunsets."

"The property is beautiful. Neighbors were friendly. I would suggest installing fans in bedrooms on top level. Rooms were hot and no circulation. "
