"My husband and I had a fabulous week at Dianne's lovely condo. It was very nicely decorated and laid out with just the right amenities to make us feel welcomed and able to settle in right away. The location was PERFECT with the beach across the boardwalk and the center of town a short walk (just minutes) away. And Dianne was an AMAZING host - very responsive to my inquiries and so incredibly helpful and personable. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so much, Dianne! : )"

"This was our first trip to Delaware Beaches and the first trip away with all the kids and grandchildren. The description of the property is accurate. The location was lovely. We liked not being in Rehobeth or Dewey. There was ample room for all 13 of us. The kitchen is very well stocked. The villa is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having access to tons of beach chairs, toys, carts etc. was terrific.Kimberly was amazing! Extremely attentive and very responsive. She went above and beyond when my daughter in law mistakenly thought there was a pack and play crib listed in the description. I had texted Kimberly to inquire not knowing and even though it was not listed she had a brand new one sent to the villa! It was lifesaver. She stayed in touch and it was evident that she truly wants her guests to be happy and enjoy their stay. Unfortunately our trip coincided with a hurricane so we only had a couple beach days. Luckily there is enough to do in the area on rainy days. Crossing the road to the beach was not that bad. The beach was perfect. Quiet and ideal for the grandkids. We loved that there was a pool too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Terrific location and fantastic outdoor showers. Apt was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and as presented in the pictures online. Owners were very prompt & helpful in their instructions and in answering questions. Only downside was that the wicker dressers in the bedrooms and the wicker cabinets in the main bedroom & the living room smelled very musty (maybe this is just a beach housing thing, I don't know). "

"Booked a stay for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so helpful, the hotel is recently updated and beautiful. It offers many amenenites such as free beach chairs and umbrella for each day of your stay, delicious free buffet breakfast, onsite parking...although there is an extra charge for that. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The close proximity to the beach and other restaurants makes this hotel a really ideal location. Also the staff is very helpful and kind. In particular Imah was extremely helpful with dining suggestions and helping us get acquainted with the area and took extra care to ensure that we had a great time which we did. "

"Excellent multi-family vacation house. Free shuttle in & out of town. Well stocked kitchen, lots of chairs for dining. Great big grassy back yard for kiddos to play on. Upstairs family room, so lots of space to spread out!"

"Perfect location just steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. Host provided all information and instructions were easy to follow. With ages spanning from 8 months to almost 70, everyone could be accommodated and share in the house."

"As a family of 20 the duplex worked out ok as we had great weather and ate almost all our meals outside. They have 2 nice picnic tables. Being on the trolley line was a real plus with a large group with young children, as families could come and go to beach as needed! They had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Also right next to bike/walking trail and 6-tenths of a mile walk to the boardwalk. Nice paved driveway that our young children loved playing on and large enough for 5 vehicles. Nancy was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again! Only advice is to bring wash clothes and hand towels as not provided, but bath towels were. Limited large pots and pans for cooking for a large group, luckily we had brought our own steamer pot and large spaghetti pot. We also brought our own blackstone, but there is a grill however we did not use it. Both units also have outside showers which were nice for removing all the sand! We had a wonderful week! "
