“The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains.……

“Marianne (zelf ook Nederlands van oorsprong) heeft ons zeer gastvrij verwelkomt. We waren blij verrast met ons verblijf. Behoorlijk ruim, grote bedden,complete keuken, nette badkamer, heerlijke douche! Ligging is prachtig met uitzicht op de Arenal Vulkaan. Marianne heeft ons gezin ook meegenomen om vuurvliegjes te bekijken vlakbij de accommodatie! Dit was echt GEWELDIG! kenden we alleen van tv.. Elke ochtend werd er een ontbijtje gebracht...wat een luxe! Wij voelden ons hier zeer welkom,veilig……

“Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking. Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation. Check out the garden Maze nextdoor.”

“Nice property. Very well situated and quiet. Was pretty clean. Space to park car if you rent one. A toaster would have been a great option to have! Host was very responsive. Would stay again at this property”

“The hosts were fabulous. Met us when we arrived and explained a few things. Some will was undertaken whilst we were staying there which made the kitchen much more usable and the bathroom for storage. Not quite big enough for a family of 5. Sleeping was well catered for but not enough room to sit inside for 5 people on the dining table or in the evening in the living room. However a stunning table outside which is covered so this can be used. We saw a sloth in the back garden and numerous birds……

“Great location next to wildlife reserve. Nice condo with communal laundry (free). Good communication from hosts. Super attentive. Highly recommend! The hot tub inside was a bonus!”
