“I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. “Fairly new hotel on the north side of Carlsbad. Rooms clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items. Everything works, would definitely stay here again. However, if you want to be close to the Caverns, this is a little farther away.”

“The property was clean, quiet, and seemed safe enough. There are not a lot of places to eat in the area but it is very convenient for Carlsbad National Park.”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”
