"The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on"

"They had boiled eggs. The gravy and biscuits were disgusting. There was one egg that had a torn part on the top. It was there all four mornings. The room was clean, but no maid service ever and couldn't guarantee you would get service if you requested it. We weren't even completely in our room and the manager just walked in to show us how to use the TV as if we couldn't manage. No pool even though it listed one. No smoking at all on any part of the property. Just not a good experience. It was creepy actually. "

"This adorable tucked away cottage was perfect for my 2 night Springfield stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, the living room was comfortable with lamps for evening reading. Upstairs bedroom was roomy and the bed comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches - lighting in convenient spots, handy spaces to put personal things, assorted coffees. And I loved sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds. Overall a delightful place to stay. I’d definitely stay again!"
