“The hotel is new, and the rooms are clean. However, the sound insulation is extremely poor. We could clearly hear noise from outside, but the biggest problem was the noise from the room above. The guest upstairs was walking extremely loudly, and the noise was so disturbing that we were awakened at around 3:00 a.m. and could not get back to sleep.”

“We were only there one night to drive the rest of the way today. The desk clerk was very accommodating and the room was clean.”

“It was a disappointing experience with the plumbing issues in my room. During my stay on Labor day weekend, the bathroom sink was completely non-functional. It was clogged and there was an leak from the pipes underneath. Dealing with standing water and a leaking sink was extremely inconvenient and unhygienic. I reported same to the reception, lady on reception tried to unclogg it but she was not able to fix it at-all. I expect basic amenities properly functioning plumbing to be maintained for……

“Was a little disappointed in this facility. At face value, it looks nice, however its an old building that had a two coat overhaul. After the first night, our key cards stopped working. We went to the front desk and an associate insinuated that we exposed our cards to some sort of magnetic field wiping out the access which was complete bs. A second associate indicated they has us down for one night and not 3. Room service never did visit, had to go retrieve clean towels and bathroom tissue……
