Noce location, nice rooms, lovely spa, breakfast was great, and staff super friendly. Overnight roadworks outside made the location less desirable...
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Located adjacent to the Jing-An temple, and on top of two main subway lines (2, 7). Convenient connections to both HongQiao and Pudong airports via subway. French concession areas are just to the south (full of good restaurants and bars). Lobby is very nice. Check-in ...
The hotel is at a great location, very close to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and most spoke English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool/spa area is wonderful.
Very nice and clean hotel next to Jing an Temple. Very walk able, near lots of shopping and food of course. Great spa, gym, and view. Will stay here again and recommend as it is a great value.
We walked in and was blown away with the view, hotel amenities and friendly staff. Not knowing Chinese, the front desk immediately got their English liaison to help us out. The view of the city from our room was spectacular, great spa area and the location is second to none
Staff was very friendly, their English was acceptable and there was always someone present. The spa and workout room was great. The Resturant was very good as well.
We really like our Junior Suite. Clean, in good repair, and spacious. Had originally booked a standard room for just over $100 per night, but upgraded to the suite for an extra 60 and love the extra living space. Location is ideal, right on People's Square, at the beginning of E. Nanjing Rd., lots ...
The location of this hotel is excellent.I saw many business people in it.I like the swimming pool that is kept at 28 degrees and the steam room in the 5th floor, the attendants were really nice. They have buffet dinners with excellent food, and if you are a guest at the hotel a three for two deal.
We spent our final two nights at Four Seasons Pudong after 3 years in Shanghai (Puxi). Our room had outstanding views back to the Bund (39th floor) and the Club level afternoon tea and cocktail hour made for an even more enjoyable stay. We had an issue with housekeeping but I believe it was a genuine ...
Great Hotel and staffs. We arrrived a little early but has no problem to check in. The hotel is located walking distance to the Old city and Yuyan. The subway is just in front of hotel.
I stayed at this hotel for holidays. I know this place but this is my first time to stay here. Overall, hotel is very nice compared with other 5 stars hotel in Shanghai. Room is wide enough, and has good facilities. I had no problem in staying here for 3 days. The location is also good. Very close ...
Good and clean hotel with in house variety of restaurants and spa. Metro station is right on the opposite pavement. Taxis can cause you sone trouble especially when travelling from downtown due to location of the hotel.
After having a canceled flight due to the volcano in Bali, this is just what I needed. The staff were so helpful and courteous. They allowed me to use their phone when I had no way to connect with some apps online. Beautifully designed and spacious rooms. Great linens and amenities. They were also ...
Great location that is close to various tourist attractions. very contemporary and clean. Staff all speak English. Pints of beer at the lobby lounge were unreasonably priced, even for a luxury hotel.
