"the staffs were very nice. upon arrival the tank of the toilet was leaking water. i went to the front desk and ask for help. the maintenant staff arrived within 5-10 mins and fixed the toilet. then the house keeper came to clean up within 5-10mins. overall it was a great experience. parking was not hard to find this time compare to my last experience. however according to the staff, there is a also indoor parking on the other side of Sheraton."

"It's been a good three weeks that we have been coming back to stay and the last couple of time the two staff Dizza and Marianne was awesome made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you even through the two ladies wasn't working they made sure that our room was delivered with whaf we needed. Although this time checking in wasn't as pleasing especially when they wanted to take 250 deposit. When all the other time I only paid 200 I honestly not so please with that and how they refuse to let us check in at the time that Mariann has organized Otherwise everything thing else was wondering Just disappointed on this time checking in service"
