It’s old and outdated. It smells horrible. They don’t provide shower gel or lotion, only a tiny packet of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap for the sink. The beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box. The office and dining area is not clean and they have multi-use gallon sized containers of milk and fake orange juice. The office attendant doesn’t speak clear English. Stairs are old and even have to be used to access rooms on the first floor. Appliances are from the 80’s. Room door opens to the outside and bugs come in. Sheets are scratchy.

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at a bed and breakfast. Everything was stunning. The breakfast was amazing! Robin was so friendly and inviting. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

Couldn’t ask for better host. Both were friendly and attentive, but gave enough space to let you enjoy your time. Breakfast was amazing and arrived at the time it was requested. Enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the atmosphere of the pine trees and squirrels chasing each other. We will definitely be back and if considering a place to stay in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, I would highly recommend it.
