Andrew at the reception desk was amazing…he aranged rose petals all over the room and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my wife’s birthday when we got back from dinner…
I do have a complaint about the woman at the desk out side the low life on Monday morning…we arrived for breakfast at 10:30 and were put on a waiting list she said would be 25 minutes…well we ended up being called for a table at 11:35… I had checked with the hostess about would we still be able to get breakfast…she assured me we would…we ordered breakfast and 10 minutes later a woman who identified herself as the manager notified us “that chef had thrown out the eggs. “ and we could no longer have breakfast and all she could do was say she apologized…I have never been treated so disrespectfully ….
