Staff was really accommodating and very quick to respond. I loved how the room had everything in the kitchen like pan spatulas plates, cups glasses small chopper. Also, there is laundry room available for the guests. We charge about five dollars for Washer and five dollars for dryer..

First I was very disappointed to find out the outdoor area with the firepits were only open to those who paid an additional $100+ per night to use this area. The hotel shows this overlook of the harbor in their adds but don't be fooled, it comes at a cost. Also, booked through Hotels.com and we were given a room on the 5th floor. The room again was not as shown. It was dangerous to those who frequent the bathroom at night due to several steps down from the bed. Bed was OK but not great. Small room. Nowhere to sit and have a glass of wine except in the lounge and restaurant. Lounge required a reservation on weekends except at the bar. Nowhere to hang out. Staff and location were great. Beautiful from the outside but beauty was only skin deep.
