“The lodge is wonderful, serving staff are top rank . Its spotlessly clean and stylish, the food is of a high standard and portions very generous. Good coffee available also .
The lodge is surrounded by rainforest teeming with life ....birds / lizards/ monkeys/ frogs/ spiders. I have a particular interest in phoneutria sp ....wandering spiders and saw many at night ....such impressive spiders....and shy and calm........wanted to see them for many years, and danta made a reality.

“We love love LOVED our stay here!!! Just thinking about our time here makes me want to be back in Costa Rica!! I thought it might not be our kind of place - and I also didn't realise the Corcovado day trip boats could pick you up from there - but I chose to spend a couple of nights there so that we'd be half-way along the Drake Bay Trail.
