Hotel shout be open in these conditions or customers should have been informed, or even discounts offered. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow choices would be the only good thing I could say."

"Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. One of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and the AC unit appeared to be leaking slightly during my stay. The TV remote also didn’t function, likely due to corroded batteries. Additionally, the toiletries provided were quite small. With a bit more upkeep and attention to these details, the experience could be much more comfortable."
