The property is not aging well, carpets are not vacuumed, personnel is not friendly, nobody answer the phone, good location though.

The room spacing is too small, didn’t even stay a night! I gave up the booking and willing to lose my refund to look for another hotel with a reasonable walking spaces. Not recommended for people that looking for a comfortable hotel room. It so cramp you keep hitting again something when moving around.

Though they attempted to make up by providing “complimentary breakfast out of good will” for my last morning, it still does not account for their terrible service that no words can describe. 1) I liased with the staff via e-mail in regards to making use of my singaporediscovers voucher. But due to her being such an incompetent person who is unable to provide all the necessary information and being so slow, my 2nd booking to make use of the voucher wasn’t even completed until one day before I was supposed to check in to their property. 2) There were a total of 5people handling my booking case that seems to be rocket science on their end. I had to repeat my story every single time, to the extent I must relay what has been done by all the previous staff that was handling my booking. Such poor communication skills amongst themselves & no proper communication log. 3) called their hotline about 30times in a span of 1hour with no one picking up a single call. 4) Had requested online for the highest floor available. They checked me in to the 6th floor, & into a room smelled of cigarette smoke. The smoke smell was so bad that I could smell from the 6th floor lift landing which was about 50m walk (or more). Went back down, to have my room changed to the 7th floor despite having requested for the highest floor available, before checking in. 5) Fridge wasn’t cold at all. The room at 20degrees celcius felt colder. 6) Room wasn’t cleaned from 10am-6pm for one of the days.
