"Too many day pass people who leave the place a mess. They really should limit the amount coming in during season as the hotel is full. "

"Check in was terrible..I understand early check in was not available but the second time i went to check if my room was ready i was told it was cleaned but had to be cleared/inspected? I waited till 4:15..check in is at 4:00pm .i was told my room was not ready by this time my husband was upset and were told to speak to the manager.. He did take care of us at the end . But the staff working the front end were not friendly at least not me.. "

"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

"The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!"

"The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay."
