“This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and……

“The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools were amazing and beautiful. The parking is easy to use. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend during festivals”

“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“房间一点都不隔音，一晚上非常的吵，整夜被吵醒了四五次，洗手盆特别矮，大概是给小孩子设计的高度，而且洗手池的水龙头非常的短，几乎是贴着洗手盆壁，用起来非常的别扭”

“The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. ”

“Very nicely renovated hotel with clean rooms and lobby. Rooms are spacious, clean and easily accessible to the main lobby. The main lobby is nice and cute with a small coffee and breakfast bar. Joshua tree west entrance is just about 20mins away. If you get a room on the first floor though, you will hear upstairs guests if they are loud at night. But otherwise the hotel is nice and beautiful ”

“I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs.”

“Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. ”
