The place was clean and the pool was great. We like the food and the restaurant was great and the staff at the restaurant was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay. But when we checked out ,with the receptionist everything we liked about the service went out the window. The young lady was very rude to my wife. The young lady said we cannot return your hold on your credit card deposit because we have to check if you didn’t destroy the room first. My wife was very uncomfortable with the way she said it. I have been to many hotels and we are accustomed to the reception telling us that we will receive our deposit after they check the room and that’s ok we understand. But to imply we destroying the room was unnecessary. I ask the young lady , did she had to say it like that and she replied “we need to make sure you didn’t destroy our property “ . So I went back to the room and took pictures of every square inch of the room just in case. The young lady needs training. By the way we were in room 103 and stayed from 06/25- 06/30 for your record. I will never stay there ever again.
