“Really nice and convenient ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. “Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed-……
