A broken juice machine is rarely an isolated problem. Often, it indicates broader kitchen management issues. When a hotel is understaffed or poorly organized, breakfast trays—such as the ones holding boiled eggs —go un-refilled. Guests end up fighting over the few remaining fruits and bread without butter and other sauces.
