We had booked a queen room with a couch. When we arrived the layout was great but the smell was awful. We were on the second floor and after checking in we found out that dogs stay on the first and second floor. It honestly smelled like a wet moldy dog! Cora at the front desk was wonderful!! She tried very hard to find the same room for us on a “non dog” floor and even tried calling the sister hotel across the parking lot to see if they had a room for us. We ended up switching to a smaller room with just two queen beds. It was fine but the air conditioners were quite annoying and woke us up at night. Beds were ok. Room was clean and smelled good. Besides Cora - who’s the most wonderful and kind lady I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fine - lots of choices. Pool and hot tub were fine too.
