New vinyl floors throughout, updated appliances including new fridge and dishwasher! Large dining table that seats 10 comfortably with extra drop leaf table for overflow! Spacious open living area to better facilitate traffic flow! Wireless WiFi and internet streaming HULU! Area restaurants Coachlight and Pinetree a short 1.5 miles away! Close to all state and local trails! Across the road from beautiful Brantingham Lake!
