"It’s definitely a great place and I had a great time but for the price you’re paying and for the 5 stars it has there are quite a few things that come to mind that aren’t that great. Having no real options for 3 people to house in a room was annoying since the third person has to sleep on a sleep sofa type thing. Light switches weren’t working properly and some lights were making weird noises. If you’re a 3 people group you only got drinks for two people and same with the bathrobe and slippers....

"The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. "The only issue I had was that I paid extra for a room with a sea view but was allocated a room with a partial sea view."

"Great resort with brilliant food and drink. Just a shame I booked a room with a pool to find I was sharing the pool with families with children. I assumed booking adults on resort really meant all the way throughout the resort. Staff on the front desk aren’t very helpful as they don’t explain facilities well ect and booking restaurants. "

"This place is Heaven On Earth. The dining experience is amazing I recommend getting a suit because what you get in terms of service is on an other level. The staff are truly the best and really take care of you they managed to even bake a custom cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. Get a massage from Eva she goes in deep and removes knots that you don’t even know you had. This place will definitely become an annual escape from my partner and I and we look forward to brining our family and friends...
