"Let’s start with the good things. The pool was clean and virtually deserted every day. Plenty of chairs and cabanas! The parking was plentiful and near the entrance as well. Now for the areas of improvement. Small things like lack of dish towels and only two shower towels was too bad. Also, not sure the bed linens were changed before our arrival as there were plenty of hairs on the sheets and pillows. The pillows, were like big marshmallows. Like, would it kill you to have at least one pillow that I could actually sleep on? I had to use my towel instead. It was crazy! The room sits beside all the air conditioners and the blinds let a lot of light in when you’re trying to sleep. Not great since the lights outside the bedroom window never turn off during the night. Just bad luck that they were checking the alarms in the entire complex during our weeklong stay. The noise rang down the halls and was quite annoying. "
