The bugs were pretty bad but that was not a reflection of the resort. We had a really great experience.

Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services.

Reaort has a tendency to nickle and dime costs. Things like breakfast foods are high priced, taxis cost more than if you called direct, etc. Also, restaurant food preparation was inconsistent; same meal would taste different based on chef.
Great if your a surfer or diver. Boats that go out are parked right at their dock. Very convenient.
The place was dirty the ocean was horrible and that while I had expected before coming to Fiji. I would have to say Hawaii still has the bluest water. The staff was horrible extremely lazy and terrible customer service. The hotel was very dirty.
